A: Yes, most of the time, we are available after hours and on weekends. For assistance
during normal business hours (10:00am to 6:00pm[CST]) call us at our main number 312.324.0065,  You can leave your contact information along with your question on our voice mail, or email us, and someone will respond with in 24 hours. If you need immediate help you can send email and and technician will contact you within 3 hours but additional fee will apply.

We have QuickBooks Pro Advisors on call for after hours and weekend QuickBooks support. The rate for after hours support is $12.00 per minute with a $120.00 minimum charge.

Q: Is QuickBooks only for big businesses?
