By subscribing to one of the following online technical support plans, you will receive the highest priority response from our "best-qualified" technicians. Your call will be returned within the same day.  If your call is received after 3:00pm central time, you are guaranteed a return call before 5:00pm the following day. If your call is not returned in this time frame, then no time will be deducted from your available support minutes.
